I am renovating a 2 bedroom flat which I intend to let unfurnished. Rent will be around £550-575, not high end, but nicer than average. (I've only done furnished property before.) The kitchen will include a cooker & hob.
Question 1: The kitchen will have a space for a 50cm wide fridge freezer. Should I provide the f/freezer or let the tenants bring their own?
Question 2: There's space for a washing machine but not a drier as well, so would prefer they use an integrated washer/drier, so they don't dry washing all over the flat causing mould.

I worry that I will risk losing good tenants if their f/f is the wrong size or don't have an integrated w/drier. I don't mind providing both.

Please could you advise?
