Good evening,
We currently let a property to our son and 3 of his friends in Ashford, Kent. However the contract ends in August and they all want to move out.
The house is a 3 bedroomed house, but a 4th "bedroom" is a downstairs room to the 4th tenant.It also has an annexe attached to the property which we constructed earlier this year.
My question is this.
When the house becomes vacant can we rent it out as 4 rooms AND the annexe and what conditions and rules would apply? In other words there would be 5 people in the property in total.
