error on claim form
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

i served sec 21 on 30/1/13 for tenant the give up possession after 31/3/13 as our agreement was made on 1/6/12 but i made an error on my clain form by written that we took the agreement on 1/6/13 rather than 1/6/12, case was throne out and judge advised i ammend clain form and re-served.

i want to know if i should reserve 2 months to tenant or ammend form and send back, tenant is also in arrears of more than 8 weeks
