The tenant wishes to remain in the property. I am happy for this.There is no material change to the contract
I protected the deposit via the TDS
I remember reading that a fee would be charged to protect again- unless you changed something or informed the TDS prior to the end of the fixed term. - what do I need to do to avoid the charge please!- I cant find it on the site
