I am planning to let a three bedroom flat, with sitting room, two bathrooms and kitchen. My son will be living in the flat, rent free. I am looking for two other tenants and would be grateful for advice on how to draw up a contract, or contracts, for the tenancy. For example should I get each tenant to sign an assured shorthold tenancy aggreement, or should there be one aggreement for the whole flat which each tenant signs up to? Or is some other arrangement preferable?
