I am buying a property with tenants in situ who have several months of their current AST to run. I'm just trying to work out what will happen. Does their current landlord need to give them notice to leave and then, once I've referenced them etc., I issue a new AST from the date I the date I take ownership? Any tips would also be welcome.
Many thanks
