are there any rules to signing an AST one should be aware of . ?
I have 4 students - oversea ,- different locations - plus guarantors - lead tenant and witnesses. How best should this be dealt with ?

Can a scan copy be sent printed off and scan by the next ? or should original hard copy be used only - can one have 2 witnesses for 4 tenants if not signing together ? can the first person arriving UK sign and the other when they arrive ? I cant see any info on this simple point . I may be making it complicated - but looking at forms seems to have to look at the small print more and more to protect ourselves - what happened to trust . thank you .
