Hi, I'm new here & am in the process of referencing & credit checking potential tenants. They are 2 siblings using the same guarantor.

I have asked both prospective tenants to complete the personal details forms that I downloaded from this site to enable me to conduct the checks & have asked them to confirm that I can seek permission to credit check their guarantor.

My question is that can I use the tenant personal details form to ask the guarantor for their details & permission or is there another method of doing this.

Any help & advice appreciated.
