Starting my own letting agency

I have finally had enough of the poor service provided by the lettings agency's I have used over the years and finally decided to start up my own Lettings business to cut costs and reduce the fees.
By doing this with my husband and family friend I know the service level is there, as I have done customer service for years but I need help to build a client base.
Any advice out there on how I can show these awful agency's how it is done and attract other landlords to give me a try.
