Hi,

I was always under the impression that tenants had the right to know my address (as landlord) and they should be notified of this when starting the tenancy.

My previous letting agent has always done this, however, I have just changed to a new agent (with different tenants) and all of the paperwork lists my address of "care of" the agent's offices. The agent is a leading national brand so I would like to think they are doing things correctly but I'm not 100% convinced!

What is your view?

Cheers
