a tenant is complaining that there has been two rats i the house, ( the only way in in is through the cat flap ). and she is now complaining there is fleas in the house, she also has cats. and says she is going to give her notice.
who is responsible for fumigating the house, i have had tenants move out before leaving fleas which were expensive to get rid of!
