Anybody else had problems with the firm the RLA promote for EPCs? They had my money for nearly two weeks and THEN said they wanted an extra £15 (extra 25% !!) to do one in my area. I found a local firm who did it for £60 the same day.
Asked RLA to comment - no reply as yet (2 days ago). I have not been a member long and am questioning if it is worth remaining, if this is 'normal'. Is this the sort of response members normally expect?
