I assume there must have been a lot of repossession successfully achieved since the superstrike case. These being conducted without renewing the deposit protection or reissuing the Information for Tenants leaflet in the periodic situation. Therefore, is the helpdesk suggesting failure and problems with possessions are a forgone conclusion or just a risk?
