Dear RLA Helpdesk,

The tenent from hell has been evicted by the courts and removed by the baillifs. I have submitted the required forms for an attachment for earnings order and been notified by the court that the tenent has not returned her part of the form therefore there is nothing that they can do.

Are there any other solutions as to what we can do to retieve our money? I cannot believe that it is correct that we can't do anything even though the court has ruled in our favour and the tenent did not even bother showing up to court for the court case.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Kindest regards,

Marybeth
