PS, further to my previous letter. I have asked them to leave and obviously they have flatly refused, except if I find them alternate accommodation (of the same standard) and pay the first months rent plus the months deposit. I have considered it, as it would end my worries. But I have refused them because I just do have the conscience to lumber these **********s onto any other poor unsuspecting landlord, and I certainly do not have the time to go flat hunting at my age.
