Hi,

Sorry three questions?

What is the best agreement to use for house that is rented by the room?

If each room is to be rented at a different rental, can I still put all room renters on one rental agreement?

If one room is kept for Landlords use in the house, can the Landlord be resident , and does this affect the AST?
