Dear RLA

I have to section 21 a tentnat who has not paid rent for 2 months and basically just told me she will not pay.

can you please.

1. where i can go on RLA t get more information on this?

2. the tenant moved in 18th Nov 2008... when I give here here notice, what date should I put down?
