Swap flats on same AST?

Good afternoon

We have a small block of flats and we need to do some works in one of the flats and would like to move the tenant from one flat into a different one during the works that will be for about 4 weeks.

I am wondering if there is any way we can move tenants into the new flat without worry – and without making a new AST now and then again when they move back into the old flat?
