I am in the renting one of my properties and the Tennant would rather not have her children named as tennants on the contract (Chidren are over 18). I notice you have a box O on your agreement lists a place for people who are allowed to reside but are not tennants please see below

o. List the full names of people allowed to live in the property beside the tenant(s) (include children if applicable)

Is this advisable what is the difference if they are a named tennant or named in box O.

Kind Regards

Kevin
