Lodger rent arrears

I have had a couple living with me as lodgers for over two years. Due to their repeated lack of respect for house rules I have given them one months notice to leave. They have not paid their rent for this final period. What options, if any, are open to me? Naively, I do not hold a deposit for them because they were known to me when they moved in and were in somewhat emotionally distressed circumstances and I wanted to help them.
