hello
i lost a court case despite three months arrears on a technicality. in his defence my tenant pointed out that though the tenancy sgreement was in my COMPANIES name the N5 and N119 were issued in my personal name. but the judge (obviously sympathetic to my prediacament) made a point of saying (in front of my tenenat!) that is hould be able to get an order in 14 days (!!!) with a section 21 and then i could issue a seperste CCJ for the arrears (i had correctly issued the section 8 in the name of the company). But looking on this site and trawling through the archive on the forum i cant see any reference to this 14 days time scale, in fact all comments refer to the (strictly regulated!) two months notice period. Do you know what the judge is referring to and how to go about it? (he DEFINATELY said section 21)
Many thanks
