Hi, I am considering re-serving the prescribed information on some tenants, in the light of the recent court decisions.

We are registered with the DPS. One question, When the document was original served, we did not always have other contact details for the tenant. If that section is left blank, is that likely to be a problem with the information being deemed as incorrect? Or should I just give it to the tenant with a covering letter asking them to provide the details? That way I might argue I would be covered as I would have evidence I tried to get it.

Thanks,

David
