Section 21 Notice
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I am about to serve a section 21 notice on Monday 9 September 2013 and before I serve it I would like to ensure I have everything correct.
The tenancy is a monthly periodic tenancy.
I will be serving it on 9 Sep 13
The rent is paid on 26th of each month
I am using the RLA document Section 21(4)(A)

Question is:
What is the earliest date I can put on the form for possession?
