I've just relet the property through an agent who I agreed could market the property for a one off one time letting fee no renewals. I supplied a copy of the RLA depositguard TA for the tenant to sign as I was securing the deposit with TDS. It seems now that he has given the blank RLA TA to the tenant and made him sign their own TA while I have secured the deposit with TDS. I've tried to stay one step ahead of his games. I went through their Terms with and crossed out all the irrelevant parts. He said he didn't charge for their TA but this obviously means something to them. Can anyone clarify? I don't usually give them the time of day but have agreed if the terms are for a one off letting fee.
