Our Tenant is a Housing Association and they submitted a Possession Order to Uxbridge Court on 23 April - the earliest possible date following the expiry of their Notice to the sub-Tenants. The latter have not contested the Notice but, as at today, 16 September, we have still to get possession. The Housing Association seem reluctant to interfere with 'due process'. Do we as Leaseholders have any legal standing for trying to accelerate matters?
