we have a tenant in arrears and have a court date ( via section 8) in october .......we have already served a section 21.....can we apply to court through the section 21 aswell even though the section 8 is live ( tenant is playing silly beggars and getting things adjourned because of no representation and now claiming disrepair ......her new solicitors are encouraging a long winded case in which the tenant will not gain anything BUT SOLS WILL POTENTIALLY GET LARGE FEES)
can we go down section 8 and section 21 in court concurrently
