hello, the help desk replied to the query i posted at 16.14 on 23rd September advising me that if i did not pay the extra £645 court fees i would now be liable for the ex tenants solicitors costs. please note they are no longer represented (probably due to their weak case)so i do not have this pending liability BUT this being the case if i do not pay these fees will i therefore lose the case by default and have to pay all the damages the ex tenants are claiming? or (as i hope..) will this action will now go away? (unless the tenants are prepared to risk THEIR own money?
Thank you
Mark
