Dear RLA.
Please can you help. We have got a tenant who is not up keeping the garden Example cutting the grass. It is in their contract and it states the following The Garden. the tenant must keep the lawns hedges and flowerbeds in a good state of condition (if any.

Is there any letters or anything that we can send to them to remind. we have verbally spoken to them and told them about it but it appears that they just don't seem bothered. Any help would be great. Thanks
