Change of one tenant

I have a 2 bed flat with 2 tenants sharing both listed on the contract and on Deposit Guard. One tenant wished to leave and another replace her.

Do I have to start a whole new tenancy agreement and a Deposit Guard, or can I just add and delete the old / new tenant?
