Hello, I have tenants (husband, wife + 1 child) who have been with me for 12 months now.
Recently they have move in their mother on a permanent basis to baby sit child while they both work. I have no pressing objection to this, but would like to know:

1) are there any legal implications
2) are there any insurance implications
3) would it be unreasonable or indeed unlawful in request a rent increase.

Regards
