my tenant who has rented my flat for 2 years indidcated last March that she wanted to end the tenancy when the AST finished Oct 14 2013. I issued a section 21 in June and she then said she would like to renew for another year. I said this would be subject to an inspection of the property and she agreed to this however she has yet to arrange a date coming up with one excuse after another. Does the tenancy now revert to a statutory periodic tenancy?
