I have just purchased a btl property and the neighbour has parked 2 vehicles in the front garden of my property.
He refuses to move them and regulary trespasses onto my land to gain access to them.
I have the title deeds for my property and the boundry line is clearly marked.
Police and council refuse to do anything as they tell me it is a civil matter.
Solicitors want £3000 to try to get an injunction against him.
I was told he could prosecute me if I damage his vehicles in any way (they are only worth about £200 each)
Do you have any suggestions about anything I could do?
Thanks
