I do not take a bond from my tenants what I do take is 2 months rent upfront, 1 for the first month and the second for the last month they are in property. I have had environment health on to me this am stating this is classed as a deposit and should be in tenancy deposit fund I argued no. Am I correct your comments would be appreciated asap. thank you
