Dear Fellow Landlords,

I have a spacious, one bedroom ground floor flat for sale between Swindon and Cirencester (edge of the Cotswolds).

I became an 'accidental landlord' a few years ago, due a change in my relationship and decided to rent my flat out. I have decided to sell this flat now as I will never be moving back there due to my current family circumstances so I am hoping that an investor will be interested in it.
