Hi
I have requested the managing agents of a block of flats where I have a tenant for a breakdown of the heating charges from the communal heating system including sight of invoices from the gas suppliers. I think that they have 28 days to reply to this sort of enquiry which they have not done. What would you suggest as my next course of action?
