My Tenant has been in the property now for over a year. The Tenancy started out as an AST and is now on a month-by-month tenancy. She has recently got married and now living in the tenancy with her new husband.
Should I add him to the Tenancy Agreement under a new contract or leave it as it is with only her named on the Tenancy?
