There was a good progam last night about flat mangement scams where they overcharge for repairs. They did not deal with the difficulties getting leases extended or buying freeholds which are plagued with excessive legal and valuation fees even when the freeholders have dozens of similar flats so the process should be very simple chep and predictable.
