My agent did not present our claim for the retention of the deposit against damage caused at the end of the tenancy with the deposit service.
The results were
Landlord £600 damage with receipts out of pocket, rejected.
Tenant poor defence accepted.

Question : Has anyone successfully sued an agent for incompetently presenting the evidence.

My problem is not with the dps but with the agent who failed to follow the dps terms and conditions.
