Estate agent has given me a copy of the contract signed by the tenant, its a photo copy of their signature - no wittness signature or landlords < Though they had landlord signed copy a month ago. > Would this contract hold up in court - with a phot copy of a signature , with theirs names not even printed in another box , No Landlords sig or a wittness in other words its a copy of their signed contract - Is this legal ?
