Good afternoon I have a 4 bedroom property over 3 floors as the attic has been converted into two bedrooms. It has two toilets and one kitchen. I have a family that wish to rent the 1st & 2nd floor from me and then another family member who wishes to rent the ground floor. As they are from the same family would I still need to list this property as an HMO ?. Look forward to hearing from you
