2 glitches with your [amazing] site…

1. If Message title is too long - on a new enquiry to helpdesk from ‘my landlord advice’ - it does not post the enquiry to the helpdesk or the forum.
There is no error message or option to correct. Full post just disappears!

2. On the actual forum, if anyone makes a post with an error – eg title is too long – you get an error message with an option to correct.
Whenever that happens an extra line gets added between each paragraph.
If they make another error – eg title still has characters that are not allowed – then another line gets added between paragraph.
You then either have to manually remove these extra lines or you get posts that have 3, 4 or 5 extra lines between each paragraph.

Just something that your technical team may wish to look at.
