I had a court hearing on 8th October. When the judge asked how much the court fees etc came to, the advocate blurted out £301.75. I do not know how he came to this figure but he said thats all I will get. The tenant agreed to pay this in 2 weeks. I have not got any money from the court and the tenant would have paid this. Why do you think this is?. Am I entitled to this money or doe the court keep it?
