Correct Section 21 expiry notice date

Hi All,
I am fairly new to serving S21 notices and just wanted to check that I have my expiry date correct on the document:
The AST runs from 24/07/13 - 23/01/14.
The rent is paid on the 28th of each month.
The expiry notice date given in the S21 is 22/01/14.

Please advise if the date given is correct.
