I note that within the TDS AST that Section B items 2 and 3, state that the tenant pays reasonable costs for sending reminder letters and costs incurred for any cheque that does not clear or any unpaid direct debit, debit, or credit card or standing order payment.
My question is please, what is deemed to be a reasonable cost for item 2 and item 3.
