if i approve for a joint tenancy on one of my properties, do i have to give a signed agreement to both tenants. On the agreements do i put the full rent per calendar month or the shared amount of half the monthly rent. also one of the tenants was already under a previous agreement but always late with rent can i ask the housing to pay me direct and can i check whether they have been getting housing. many thanks
