Our tenant has given us notice to end his tenancy on the 18th Dec 2013. I asked to do a final visit on the actual date of his tenancy ending but he has refused and says he is paid up until midnight on that date and insists we do the visit on the 19th December (although we know he is just being difficult) . Are we legally allowed to enter the property on the 19th with out him being there to check everything before he arrives?
