Our tenant is leaving the property next week and his deposit is protected by the governments Deposit Agency. I find them difficult to deal with, I know there is going to be problems at our property with damage etc and not sure how to take this money out of the deposit before tenant gets some of his money back. Also he is a very aggressive difficult tenant what do I do if he does not agree with works to be done?
