I protect our tenants deposits with My Deposits. All tenants have signed the RLA template for an AST agreement for six months and then roll over - they have all been tenants for a few years (between two and three and a half.

I would like to know if ASTs have now become Statutory Periodic tenancy - My Deposits say that I also have to send the tenant confirmation that the deposit is still and continuing to be protected - which is not a problem.
