An agent has found me the tenant and signed up a family with two children.They have paid six months up front + deposit, and signed an AST for two years with a break clause from six months. He is subletting and has moved in 2 extra double beds and removed my new sofa and replaced it with 3 large sofas of his own. I had a professional company do an inventory before they moved in.
What is my position?
