reliability of condensing boilers

I have had a heatline capriz condensing boiler fail at three years old. The expansion vessel stopped working so the pressure would shoot up, water would vent itself then when it cooled the pressure would go too low so the boiler cut out. The cure was to add another expansion vessel to the system.
Can everyone please report any boiler problems so we know what to buy? It may also influence the manufacturers to try harder.
